My article on "Microsoft advertisements against Drupal" quickly got viral and now Microsoft has pulled down the advertisement. Mark Brown of Microsoft has posted a comment here in this blog and also posted a separate article at Microsoft.com.

Is Drupal a bigger challenge to Microsoft that even Google ? Atleast Microsoft seems to thinks so. Because Microsoft is now paying google (hard cash) to fight Drupal.

The other day I was checking Listology.com for the Drupal website list. But what attracted me more on the page was the small Google adsense block with the title "Forget Drupal and get:"...

The BBC is here, so are CNN, CBC and Reuters. These are the well established media names having their own huge empires. And they are here like any other teenager with his video.

Sure, these broadcasters would not have created their web site in geocities or some other free web hoster. So why are they hosting their videos in youtube ? What is forcing them to a free video host ?

A most read item became the most read item because it was the most read item sometime before. And the most read item will remain a most read item because it is the most read item now.

I love BBC news. They are fast, reliable and mostly impartial. That is what you expect from a news provider. But sometimes you just hate their news website.

When I heard about a search engine created by former google employees I had some expectations. They might topple Google from that position or atleast give them a challenge. But my simple tests on the search site was extremely disappointing. Maybe they will improve over time.
